This position requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in sales, specifically within the security services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the company’s clientele.
- Act as the frontline sales representative, building relationships with clients and prospects.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Sales or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a sales role within the security services industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Computer literacy, including MS Windows applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Fluent in English, with Arabic proficiency preferred.
- Valid Bahrain driving license.
