We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive specializing in the Aluminum Extrusion field. If you meet the criteria outlined below, kindly share your CV for consideration.
Qualification: Job Opportunity Sales Executive – Aluminum Extrusion Field (Bahraini Nationality)
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related major.
- Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in Sales within the Aluminum Extrusion field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Represent the company’s products and services, conducting consumer research to align solutions with client needs.
- Generate, lead, and cultivate relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities.
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, conduct demos, and address objections.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing client needs and following a defined selling process.
- Establish and enhance positive customer relationships.
- Collaborate with support staff on customer order cycle processes.
- Develop customer relationships to enhance retention and market share growth.
- Conduct sales activities in alignment with the company’s market strategy and values.
- Collaborate with Sales, planning, and plant operations teams to resolve customer account issues.
- Prepare and maintain reports and updates as required.
Requirements, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Aluminum Systems specifications and applications.
- Positive, collaborative, and open-minded attitude.
- Experience in Sales within the Aluminum Extrusion Industry and architectural aluminum systems in the GCC and/or Middle East.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Age group: 30 – 50 years.
- Any Arabic Nationality.
- Proficient in English language.
- Employment and sponsorship in Bahrain, with travel to KSA and residency there for three continuous months in every visit.
- Ability to travel without limitations.
