Assistant Manager – Pest Control Sales and Administration Job in Bahrain

Location: Manama, Bahrain

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified Assistant Manager for Pest Control Sales and Administration to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the pest control industry within Bahrain, along with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Possess thorough knowledge of pest control practices and procedures.
2. Hold a valid Bahrain driving license and possess in-depth knowledge of the local market.
3. Coordinate overall sales and services department activities.
4. Plan and set sales targets and objectives for the department; monitor monthly to ensure achievement.
5. Review estimates, survey reports, and quotations before submission to customers. Review daily field activity reports and submit to the manager.
6. Prepare monthly reports for the sales and services department; present to the manager and during director meetings.
7. Ensure prompt handling of complaints received by the sales and services department.
8. Track vehicles and submit reports to the manager; plan and conduct training as per schedules.
9. Obtain, analyze, and report customer feedback and employee feedback promptly.
10. Monitor major project announcements and collect tenders; review technical and commercial proposals based on senior-level advice.
11. Report sales and service-related issues to management on a daily basis.
12. Ensure safety standards for own workers and clients.
13. Preference given to candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pest control in Bahrain.
14. Demonstrate hardworking, honest, and experienced attributes.

• Minimum educational qualification: Graduate.
• 3-5 years of experience in the pest control industry in Bahrain.
• Strong understanding of pest control methods and practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Salary Range: Pest Control Sales and Administration Job in Bahrain

BD250.000 – BD400.000 per month
