Description:
EtonHouse Preschool is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced preschool teacher to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing an engaging, age-appropriate curriculum for children ages 6 months to 4 years old.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Create and deliver fun, hands-on lessons that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- • Provide a nurturing, safe, and supportive classroom environment
- • Observe and document each child’s progress and developmental milestones
- • Collaborate with parents and other staff to support each child’s individual needs
- • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked classroom
- • Ensure all health, safety, and licensing requirements are met
- • Attend staff meetings and professional development training
Qualifications:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- • 2+ years of experience teaching
- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- • Creativity, patience, and a genuine passion for early childhood education
- • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
