Job Description:
We are urgently seeking experienced Real Estate Agents who are confident in achieving monthly targets with minimal supervision, specifically in the Bahrain Property Rental market.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients through various channels
- List and advertise rental properties
- Facilitate rental agreements and negotiations
- Provide guidance to tenants and landlords on property rental processes
- Maintain a database of properties and client information
- Meet monthly sales targets and objectives
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and developments
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Bahrain, particularly in property rentals
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Bahrain’s real estate market
- Motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic
Package Details:
