Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth office workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- • Greet visitors and provide them with assistance as needed
- • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, and mail
- • Maintain and update office files, databases, and records
- • Order and manage office supplies and equipment
- • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls
- • Handle data entry, prepare documents, and create reports as needed
- • Support staff with administrative tasks and special projects
- • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment
Qualifications:
- • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
- • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
