Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth office workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • • Greet visitors and provide them with assistance as needed
  • • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, and mail
  • • Maintain and update office files, databases, and records
  • • Order and manage office supplies and equipment
  • • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls
  • • Handle data entry, prepare documents, and create reports as needed
  • • Support staff with administrative tasks and special projects
  • • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment

Qualifications:

  • • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
  • • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
