An urgent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Coordinator, specifically seeking a female candidate, to join our esteemed Uniform Manufacturing Company. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth operation of the sales department.
- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts, inquiries, and orders.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments such as production and logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales coordination role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
