We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Manager / Assistant General Manager in Sitra, Bahrain.
Requirements:
- Education: Well-educated with a strong academic background.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Business Relationships: Proven track record of maintaining good business relationships with top consultants, construction companies, architects, etc.
- Experience: 5-15 years of experience in a managerial or senior sales role.
- Business Development: Demonstrated success in business development and achieving growth targets.
- Creativity: Ability to bring new and creative ideas to develop business strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and projections for senior management.
