Sr Sales Engineer (Fire Fighting)

We are inviting applications for the position of Sr Sales Engineer to reinforce our team in our Bahrain operations. People with high technical knowledge in Fire Fighting System & Equipment ONLY need to apply.

Candidate must be B.E. Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibility:

  • β€’Sr Sales Engineer should be capable of establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
  • * The candidate should be able to Manage and interpret customer requirements
  • * The candidate should be able to Negotiate tender and contract terms
  • * Meeting regular sales targets
  • * Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • * Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
  • * Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
  • * Providing training and producing support material for the sales team
  • * Able to convey customer requirements to Product Management teams.
  • * Should target Budget in consultation with the Director.
  • * Report of most active agencies to be provided to the Sales Manager.
  • * Customer sales analysis (action) report, to be provided to the Sales director.
  • * To review market prices and availability of similar stock items in order to reconsider the sales pricing policy with director
  • * Adherence to and implementation of Quality Management System.
  • * Annual budget, sales forecast and marketing planning.
  • * Follow-up key customers and major consultants.
  • * Coordination with the Purchase & Accounts Department to meet customer requirements (price, quality and delivery time).
  • * To follow-up outstanding payments in consultation with the accountant.
  • * Ensure quality quotations are prepared advising best technical option and commercial alternatives fully meeting the specification and client’s requirements
  • * Correspondence with clients whenever required (e.g. sensitive matters).

Only candidates with below requirements NEED to apply:

  • * Proven relevant experience in Fire Fighting Systems.
  • * PC literacy and hands-on experience with MS Office and Tally.
  • * Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • * Sales Aptitude
  • * Multi-tasking capability
  • * Must have valid Bahrain driving license
