STOREKEEPER Job In Bahrain
Location : Hidd, Bahrain
Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Storekeeper who has an excellent background in storekeeping/warehousing. We need someone who can work independently, with high organizational skills, excellent in MS Excel, with inventory management system experience.
Store Keeper Responsibilities:
- β’ Maintaining inventory levels and ensuring stock is organized and easily accessible.
- β’ Receiving new shipments of products and checking them for accuracy and quality.
- β’ Recording all inventory transactions, including issuance of raw materials to production, deliveries, returns, and adjustments.
- β’ Closely monitor inventory levels and transactions to maintain adequate stock levels, avoiding overstocking or stock shortages.
- β’ Storekeepers must receive, handle and pack goods.
- β’ Conducting regular stock checks and reconciling any discrepancies.
- β’ Keeping the store clean and tidy, including organizing racks and removing clutter.
- β’ Delivering customer service and assisting customers with their purchases.
- β’ Maintaining accurate records of all sales and transactions.
- β’ Collaborating with other team members to ensure the smooth running of the store.
Qualifications:
- β’ Must be organized and punctual.
- β’ Well-versed in Inventory Management using Tally software and MS Excel.
- β’ Well-presented and professional.
- β’ A high school qualification or equivalent.
- β’ Prior experience in the manufacturing / switchgear industry would be advantageous.
- β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- β’ Storekeepers require a level of physical fitness, as the role requires lifting and coordination.
