Duties & Responsibility.

Customer Service:

• Greeting customers and offering assistance
• Answering questions about products and their locations
• Helping customers find what they’re looking for
• Processing transactions at the checkout
• Handling returns and exchanges
• Providing excellent customer service to create a positive shopping experience

Product Knowledge:

• Staying up-to-date on current promotions and sales
• Being familiar with the location of products in the store
• Having a basic understanding of different products and their uses
• Answering customer inquiries about products

Store Maintenance:

• Keeping shelves stocked and organized
• Rotating inventory to ensure fresh products
• Cleaning and maintaining the assigned area
• Reporting any safety hazards or spills

Additional Responsibilities:

• Following company policies and procedures
• Maintaining a clean and professional appearance
• Working effectively as part of a team
• Being adaptable and willing to help out in different areas of the store
