Description:
We are looking for Facility Supervisor who can look after the cleaning and maintenance issues for our offices/companies,
Responsibilities:
- • Supervise cleaning staff and ensure all areas of offices/company are clean and well-maintained.
- • Address and resolve maintenance complaints in a timely manner.
- • Conduct regular inspections of the offices/company premises to identify any housekeeping and maintenance needs.
- • Maintain records of cleaning and maintenance activities and supplies.
Requirements:
- • Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role.
- • Ability to manage and resolve complaints effectively.
- • Degree or Diploma or similar
- • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
