We are looking for Receptionist for one of our Four Star hotel in Bahrain,
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, following hotel procedures.
- Answer and direct phone calls, handle reservations, and manage inquiries.
- Assist guests with requests, providing information about the hotel, services, and local attractions.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficient in Hotel operating Software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
