Vacancy For Receptionist In Bahrain

We are looking for Receptionist for one of our Four Star hotel in Bahrain,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, following hotel procedures.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, handle reservations, and manage inquiries.
  • Assist guests with requests, providing information about the hotel, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Proficient in Hotel operating Software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
