• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other wait staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Fluency in Arabic is advantageous.
