Key Responsibilities:

• • Supervise and coordinate all workshop operations and staff
• • Plan and schedule daily work assignments and production activities
• • Ensure proper maintenance of all workshop equipment and machinery
• • Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures
• • Monitor quality standards for all work performed in the workshop
• • Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
• • Train and mentor technical staff
• • Coordinate with other departments for workflow optimization
• • Prepare and maintain workshop documentation and reports
• • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions
• • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• • Monitor and control workshop costs and budgets
• • Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance schedules

Required Qualifications:

• • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
• • 5+ years experience in workshop management
• • Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment
• • Experience in staff supervision and team management
• • Understanding of safety regulations and quality control procedure
