We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Purchase Manager, preferably with a background in the hotel industry, to join our team in Al Seef, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best prices and terms.
- Oversee the purchasing process from requisition to delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to meet demand.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and trends.
- Prepare and manage budgets for the purchasing department.
