Urgently Looking for Admin & HR Role
Responsibilities
- -Purchasing Officer:
- -Vendor Management-Identify, Evaluate, Negotiate, Coordinate with vendor and drivers, track orders.
- -Maintain purchase records.
- -Research new vendors, trends for controlling cost & Stock Control:
- -Monitor stock levels, Reporting:
- -Generate purchase process reports.
- -HR Coordinator
- -Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening candidates and facilitate new employee orientation.
- -Employee Records and Vehicle management:
- -Maintain accurate records and Policy Compliance and ensure adherence to company policies.
- -Employee Relations: Address employee queries.
- -Training Coordination: Organize training sessions.
- -Administrative Tasks: Handle paperwork.
