Secretary cum Admin Job in Bahrain

Location: Bahrain

Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a Secretary cum Admin for our construction cleaning company in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience, with proficiency in computer skills, excellent written and spoken English, and knowledge of digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize administrative tasks in the office
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and communication with clients
  • Update company profiles and manage digital marketing efforts
  • Schedule workers and coordinate their assignments
  • Assist in maintaining records and documentation
  • Support in other general office duties as required

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or cleaning industry
  • Proficiency in computer applications and digital marketing tools
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Visa eligibility in Bahrain
