Secretary cum Admin Job in Bahrain

Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a Secretary cum Admin for our construction cleaning company in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience, with proficiency in computer skills, excellent written and spoken English, and knowledge of digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize administrative tasks in the office
- Handle correspondence, emails, and communication with clients
- Update company profiles and manage digital marketing efforts
- Schedule workers and coordinate their assignments
- Assist in maintaining records and documentation
- Support in other general office duties as required
Requirements:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or cleaning industry
- Proficiency in computer applications and digital marketing tools
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Visa eligibility in Bahrain
